MrTravelPants, including its name, logo, design, look and feel, software, features, text, travel guides, images and videos, is owned by Joseph Bett and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

MrTravelPants™ and the MrTravelPants trouser logo are trademarks of Joseph Bett. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar, without our written permission.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MrTravelPants to plan and manage your own trips. You may share links to our pages and use the app's built-in share features.

• Copy, reproduce, republish or sell our content, guides, design or software, in whole or in part.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest data from MrTravelPants using bots or automated tools, except search engines indexing public pages.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the app, or build a competing product using our content or design.
• Use MrTravelPants for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to upload harmful code.
• Try to access trips, accounts or data that are not yours.

You keep ownership of what you add, such as itinerary items, journal entries, photos and messages. You give us permission to store and display it so the app works for you and the people you share trips with. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload it.

MrTravelPants provides planning tools and general travel information, including flight status, weather, recommendations, entry rules and AI-generated suggestions. This information comes from third parties or automated systems and may be incomplete or out of date. Always check important details, such as flight times, visas and entry requirements, with the airline, operator or official government source. MrTravelPants is not a travel agent and does not sell bookings.

Some features link to or use other services, such as Google, FlightAware, Splitwise, Jitsi and TikTok. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.

MrTravelPants is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed flights, travel disruption, lost bookings, or any indirect loss that comes from using MrTravelPants. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

You can delete your account at any time from the Trip tab. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use MrTravelPants means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
